OSCAR leverages compressed sensing to reconstruct the landscape of variational quantum algorithms, using only a small fraction of all circuit executions needed for the entire landscape. In addition, by interpolating the discrete landscape, OSCAR can benchmark thousands of optimization configurations in an instant.
